At Anderson Paint, we recognize the increasing importance of offering environmentally responsible products and coatings.  At each of our locations, we have dedicated displays featuring products which are certified Green or have zero or very low VOC levels.

Benjamin Moore Eco-Spec Waterborne

Benjamin Moore Eco Spec WB Interior Latex Semi-Gloss Finish (376)

Eco Spec Waterborne paint is the greenest paint (zero VOC) for residential or commercial projects available in the market. Eco Spec Waterborne paint has zero VOCs in both its base and colorant, so it remains zero VOC even after tinting. Its quick drying formula has minimal odor for same day return-to-service efficiency, ideal for any place in your home or facilities such as healthcare, educational, food service, assisted living and more, where odor sensitivity can be a concern.

Eco Spec Waterborne paint is available in any color with premium performance capabilities only Benjamin Moore can offer. Eco Spec Waterborne paint qualifies for LEED credit.

This top-grade, low-odor, zero VOC paint product contains Microban protection that provides residual
antimicrobial benefits engineered to last the useful life of the product.  This is not a temporary treatment.
It is introduced into the molecular structure of the paint film and will not wash out or wear off.  This unique
additive is EPA registered and will inhibit the growth of stain and odor causing bacteria, mold, mildew,
and other fungal growth on the dried paint film.  Microban protection does not take the place of normal
cleaning and disinfecting procedures.  This product complies with LEED Green Building Rating System
GS-11 for interior non-flat paints.
